Knowing where a number in a report came from and what transformed it along the way turns a governance audit from a weeks-long forensic exercise into a five-minute lookup.
05 5. Review, don't just police
A quarterly review of access grants and data quality metrics catches drift long before it becomes an incident, and keeps governance a living practice rather than a one-time project.
